Development Alert: Taper Candles in Stunning Hues

As a part of my ongoing quest for more candles in my day-to-day life, I just lately stocked up on a collection of colourful tapers—in cantaloupe, cerulean, and chartreuse—from Sugar Tools in Camden, Maine. I will need to have been subliminally impressed by the candles in brilliant hues showing far and wide these days.

Set in vintage candlesticks, on the desk, or on a mantel, a pair of colourful tapers provides a component of shock and playfulness (and a cheap, commitment-free dose of coloration).
