Although Pivotal Home Solutions offers many plans, these packages still might not meet your needs as well as a solid comprehensive plan with another company.
The prices are high, too. For example, the Kitchen Protection Plan is $36.95 a month and only covers five appliances. Many other home warranty providers offer plans that cover many more appliances and systems for about the same price.
The lack of service fees is great, as these can add up, but the higher monthly payments may not make it worth it in the end.
Pivotal Home Solutions is up front about its prices, coverage detail and coverage caps, and clearly lists these online. These crucial factors are often buried in sample contracts, or you must call to get a quote. It’s nice to be able to shop and have that information readily available.
Lastly, Pivotal Home Solutions seems to have a positive reputation and be a trustworthy provider. However, we’d only recommend its coverage if you’re going to take advantage of one of smaller packages.
