“Backyard Paradise” Contest (the “Contest”)is intended for legal residents of
the United States of America and Canada (excluding the province of Quebec) only
and shall only be construed and evaluated according to the laws of the State of
Alabama.  Do not enter this Contest if
you have permanent residence outside of the USA or Canada at the time of entry.
